Have you ever felt powerless, weak and depressed in a moment in your life. You were no longer this funny, sweat and happy person everyone would call you, and you felt that life had bet you down.

Certainly, many of us had faced this moment, because of a certain problem and I’m one of them. That’s not a shame at all. However, moving on is an obligation and a duty in the right of yourself.

Life is a rollercoaster of emotions

In every person life, he faces so many problems and ups and downs, and that’s what life is about. Life is a rollercoaster of emotions, sometimes you feel happier than the morning sun, and other days, bad things occur in your life.

What should you know, is that you shouldn’t lose yourself because of them, you shouldn’t let the problems bring the worst in you, and you should actively work on pushing through them.

You grow by facing problems

By facing problems, you build your own personality; you become stronger, more independent and happier. Bad memories make you tough and develop your resilience and like Mark D once said:

Whatever does not kill you makes you stronger.

I personally have faced so many problems that completely changed my personality. I’ve been betrayed by a lot of friends, bullied in a certain moment in my life that I felt so insecure about myself. I couldn’t trust anyone anymore. I was so lonely and I had no one to talk to.

Feeling weak and powerless is natural, moving on is a must

The years have passed and I’m now stronger than ever, I didn’t regret anything except being weak, but I’m no longer that naïve person that trust anyone. I’m more careful, more responsible, and more importantly, I’m more mature and I now see what really matters in life.

Certainly life can be challenging sometimes, you will have bad memories even if you’re a good person, but after each bad day you will learn a lesson you will develop yourself, and you will grow into a better person. Just never give up and have faith and you never know maybe what you never know what you’re gonna get from those bad days.

Those bad things in our lives put us directly on the path to the most wonderful things that will happen to us!
